Let’s get your restaurant set up in Speak Your Menu

Use this page to send us the materials we need to build the first version of your Speak Your Menu account. Once we receive your menu and staff information, we’ll prepare your restaurant setup and follow up with next steps.

You do not need perfect files. PDFs, photos, spreadsheets, website menu links, or documents are all fine. Send what you have, and we’ll organize it from there.

If you are setting up more than one restaurant, add a separate section for each location so the menu files and staff details stay organized.

What happens after you submit

We’ll use your materials to create your initial training setup. Your team will be able to learn from your actual menu, including dishes, ingredients, wine details, and the kinds of information staff need to speak confidently with guests.

Once your account is ready, we’ll send you a link to schedule a walkthrough so we can show you the dashboard, lessons, and staff invitation flow.

Helpful materials to send

  • Current food menu
  • Wine menu, if applicable
  • Staff names and email addresses, if you want us to help invite your team
  • Restaurant address and cuisine type
  • Any training notes, allergy details, ingredient lists, or menu documents you already use

Do not worry if you do not have everything ready. Send what you have now, and we can help fill in the gaps during onboarding.
